Twitch Not Continuing After Prime Link

What Are Twitch Drops?

Twitch Drops are an easy way to earn rare and valuable rewards by watching selected streams for a certain period of time.

There are Regular Drops and Mystery Drops for special events, plus Monthly Drops with weekly campaigns, missions, and tokens that let you choose the rewards you want from the special in-game Twitch Drops Store.

You can only receive Twitch Drops once you link your Wargaming and Twitch accounts.

How to Earn Twitch Drops and Connect Your Accounts

  1. Connect your World of Tanks and Twitch accounts.
    1. Go to your Wargaming Account Management page.
    2. Click the Twitch button on the right.
    3. Authorize the connection on the next page.
    4. After successfully connecting the accounts, you will see Twitch as a linked platform in your Wargaming account settings. You will also see Wargaming.net in your Twitch account settings.
  2. Watch streams with Drops enabled, and track your progress toward a Twitch Drop via the progress bar.
  3. Claim the Drop within 24 hours of the campaign's end by clicking the button in the pop-up notification in the stream interface or in your personal Twitch Inventory.

VIEW STREAMS WITH DROPS ENABLED

Drops must be actively claimed on your Twitch account by clicking the button that is either in the pop-up notification in the stream interface or in your personal Twitch Inventory. If you do not take action, the Drop reward will disappear 24 hours after the end of each campaign. For more information, consult the All Campaigns tab in the Twitch interface.

If you don't have a Twitch account yet, you can create one here.

Different Types of Drops

You are guaranteed a reward any time you watch a stream with Drops enabled for the set watch time. The longer you watch, the more rewards you receive!

Make sure to check the portal regularly so you know which events have streams with Drops and which Drops you can expect to receive.

Regular Drops

Regular Drops guarantee you a pre-selected item. Some items are much more valuable than other available items. Therefore, you may be required to watch for longer to get certain Drops.

Mystery Drops

Mystery Drops guarantee random items from a given selection, with a small probability of receiving high-value items, such as Premium vehicles. You can find out which Mystery Drop item you have received and claim it by logging in to the game.

Monthly Drops

Monthly Drops are a fixed set of Twitch Drops campaigns.

Tune in every week to collect Twitch Drops tokens that can be exchanged in the Twitch Drops Store for rewards, including useful in-game goodies, 2D styles, and Premium vehicles!

Monthly Drops can also unlock in-game missions that reward even more Twitch Drops tokens!

Twitch Drops Store

The Twitch Drops Store is a special in-game shop for valuable items, customizations, and days of WoT Premium Account—even Premium vehicles that can be purchased with Twitch Drops tokens! The selection of available items resets every few months, so make sure to check the latest Monthly Drops article for information on the current Store.

The Twitch Drops Store is only accessible if a minimum of one token is available on your account. It will disappear when the last token is spent and then return once a new token is earned.

From your Garage, head to the DEPOT and open HOMEFRONT SUPPLIES to enter the TWITCH DROPS STORE.

Twitch Drops Tokens

Twitch Drops tokens are part of Monthly Drops and can be used to customize your rewards in the in-game Twitch Drops Store. Spend a few right away for useful in-game perks, or save up for fantastic prizes, like 2D styles and Premium vehicles! Get them by watching a channel with Drops enabled and through weekly and weekend token missions that are unlocked after a certain length of watch time.

Follow Our Official Channels

Join us on the official English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian World of Tanks Twitch channels, or tune in to some great content creators who also occasionally have Drops enabled. We typically stream every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with occasional Twitch Drops up for grabs. See our Stream Schedule and FAQ for a comprehensive overview.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I tell if a streamer has Drops enabled?

We will announce on the portal when the official World of Tanks channels or various content creators' channels will have Drops enabled.

VIEW STREAMS WITH DROPS ENABLED

You can see when a Drops campaign is available on a channel in the Twitch Browse category or on channel pages by looking for the DropsEnabled tag. You can also filter by the DropsEnabled tag when viewing a category page. A chatbox confirmation that a streamer has active Twitch Drops running looks like this:

It is located in the chatbox. This confirms that the streamer has active Twitch Drops running.

How many Twitch Drops can I get?

With several different types of Twitch Drops available, it can get a little confusing, as we can have multiple campaigns running simultaneously. We will announce what's up for grabs on the portal ahead of time, and you'll be able to see all the Drops you can claim in your Inventory.

How can I see my Drops progress?

Track your progress toward a Twitch Drop via the progress bar. Access it by clicking your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the Twitch web page.

How do I know if I've received a Drop?

You must hit the Claim button in the Twitch interface.

A handy progress bar fills up as time passes, allowing you to track exactly how long you need to watch a stream in order to get the next Drop. Once the bar is filled, you will get a notification directly in your browser with a button to claim the Drop reward. The image below shows a notification saying that the Drop conditions have been fulfilled and a new claim is available:

Once you have claimed the Drop on Twitch, you will receive an in-game notification in the lower-right part of your screen in the Garage. If you are already in the game, you might have to log out of the game and then back in to receive the notification and the Drop. You can check your progress at any time by opening the profile menu and looking under the Drops menu item while you are on a channel or by visiting your personal Twitch Inventory. See the image below:

Make sure you claim the Drop within 24 hours of the end of the campaign. If you do not take any action, the Drop reward will disappear 24 hours after the campaign ends. When you receive a Drop, you may be prompted to share your claimed Drops in the chat, like in the image below:

How can I fix a Drops issue?

If you have not received a guaranteed Regular or Mystery Drop after accumulating enough watch time, try the following solution to fix a potential connection issue:

  1. Log in to your Wargaming account and open Account Management.
  2. Unlink your Wargaming and Twitch accounts via the button.
  3. Log out of your Wargaming account.
  4. Log in to your Twitch account.
  5. Open Settings and switch to Connections.
  6. Disconnect from Wargaming.net.
  7. Log out of your Twitch account.
  8. Log in to the Wargaming account that should be linked to Twitch and open Account Management.
  9. Reestablish the link to Twitch via the button.
  10. Log back in to your Twitch account, open the Connections tab, and check that the accounts are once again linked.

I think I received a Drop, so why can't I see the item in-game?

Please log out and then back in to the game. If the issue persists, check the following:

  • You have linked the correct Wargaming account to the correct Twitch account.
  • The stream has Drops enabled.
  • There is a Drop in your Twitch Inventory.
  • Review Twitch's Drop help page.

Do I need Twitch Prime or Prime Gaming to receive Twitch Drops?

No, a Prime Gaming membership (Twitch Prime) is not required to receive Twitch Drops.

Players with Prime Gaming memberships can redeem various in-game items each month, but that's unrelated to Twitch Drops. For more information on Prime Gaming, visit the World of Tanks Prime Gaming page.

Can I get Twitch Drops from watching past (recorded) broadcasts?

No—progress towards earning Twitch Drops is only taken into account when watching live broadcasts. After fulfilling the Twitch Drops requirements on a livestream, you must claim the Drop within 24 hours of the end of the campaign by clicking the button in the pop-up notification in the stream interface or in your personal Twitch Inventory.

Will there be more opportunities to get Twitch Drops?

Keep an eye out for announcements on the portal. We will announce Monthly Drops for the upcoming month at the start of each month, as well as occasional Regular Drops to support events in-game, such as new updates, tournaments, etc.

How many Twitch Drops tokens can I earn?

The number of Twitch Drops tokens you can earn is likely to change with every new iteration of the Twitch Drops Store. For the most up-to-date information, check the latest Monthly Drops article (available every Monday).

Each full month currently offers you the chance to earn 40 tokens, while each iteration of the Twitch Drops Store generally lasts at least two months. Every Store refresh brings new items for you to choose to spend your tokens on. You can save your tokens for higher value rewards or spend them more frequently on smaller rewards like WoT Premium Account days.

What will happen to my tokens when the Store refreshes?

You will lose your Twitch Drops tokens when the Twitch Drops Store refreshes, so make sure to spend them before then! You can find out when the current Twitch Drops Store will refresh in the Monthly Drops article.

Do all regions share the same Drops?

Generally, the EU, APAC, and NA regions do not have identical Drops campaigns, although some events may have the same Drops and schedules. Check the portal for the most accurate information on the currently available Drops in the EU region.

Is there any further information on Twitch Drops?
